Location: Maple, ON

Workplace informationOn site

Salary: 20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week

Starts as soon as possible

Vacancies: 1 vacancy

On site:  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work site environment: Non-smoking, Scent free

Work setting: Employer's home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Public transportation is available

 

Tasks

Supervise and care for  a toddler and a newborn. Change diapers. Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas. Assume full responsibility for the household in absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties. Bathe, dress and feed children. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Organize activities such as games and outings for children. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Prepare infant and child for rest periods. Tend to the emotional well-being of children. 

 

Job Requirements 

Languages:English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

or equivalent experience

Experience:Experience an asset

Target audience: Supervise and care for multi-aged group of children

Security and safety: Criminal record check

Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Personal suitability: Client focus, Flexibility, Initiative,Judgement, Organized, Reliability
