User Acquisition and Business Partnerships Manager

Hi! I am a project manager (non-technical) from Ukraine with experience working for major Russian companies like Yandex.Delivery , Yandex.Market (Amazon), and Yandex.Taxi (an Uber-like ride-hailing service). I began my career as a sales manager for Yandex.Taxi in 2019, where my mission was to engage drivers through face-to-face meetings while placing taxi orders and encouraging taxi drivers from other services to join Yandex.Taxi. During my time with the company, I had the opportunity to go on business trips across Russia to achieve this objective.
As I grew and acquired valuable soft skills, I transitioned into the role of a project manager, working on significant projects with Yandex.Market. My primary focus was on increasing the Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) of the marketplace by engaging new sellers, launching outbound customer acquisition channels, and expanding the product range available. Following my successful experience with the Yandex.Market project, I was invited to work on a new venture – Yandex.Delivery. This platform caters to all types of businesses, providing day-to-day or next-day delivery services.
