Amusement Ride operators/attendants
(20 positions) F/T Seasonal
Working conditions: Salary: $17.60 to $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated), full time 35 – 44 hours per week, 4% vacation, WSIB, seasonal from May 01, 2026 until October 14, 2026, some overtime.
Work setting: amusement park travelling to various locations for festivals/fairs in Ontario.
Requirements: age 18 +, experience an asset, training provided, willing to travel in Ontario, with sleep quarters in travelling trailer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: fast-paced environment, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time, physically demanding, outdoor. Personal suitability: reliable, judgment, client focused, organized, team player.
Tasks: Construct, operate and dismantle amusement devices for clients (patrons), operate game booth, collect tickets/fees, clean and maintain recreational facilities and grounds, Assist patrons on and off rides, secure and release safety belts and bars, perform routine safety checks on the equipment, monitor equipment for wear and damage, follow safety and hygiene rules and oversee equipment to ensure safety.
