Vacancy: 1 Permanent Employment, 30 hours per week (Early morning, Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime required, Weekends)
Salary: $36.75 per hour
Language: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Task:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff
- Train staff
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customers’ complaints and concerns
- Provide customer service
Supervision: 16 – 20 people
