Job Title: Purchaser
Working Location: 18483 STONY PLAIN ROAD NW, Edmonton, AB, T5S 0C1
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Hourly Wage: $40.00 /hour
Working Hour: 30 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Number of openings: 1
As a Purchaser, you will,

Establish logistics of delivery schedules, monitor progress and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems

Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or recommend contract awards

Invite tenders, consult with suppliers and review quotations

Responsible for the purchasing of daily necessities, such as raw materials, ingredients, and equipment.

Inspects and evaluates inventory, and reorders stock as needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential buyers and suppliers to the organization
Qualifications needed:
1. A Bachelor or College Degree in business, administration, commerce or economics is required
2. Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Purchaser
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Effective interpersonal skills
