Chemical Technician/Lab Tech/Chemist/Water & Wastewater Lab Tech

➢ Analysis of Water & Wastewater, Sewage, Swimming Pool; Analysis of Chemicals related to Water & Sewage; Process of Desalination Plant and Reverse Osmosis Plant.
➢ Multi Stage Flash Plant, Reheat System, Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) of Process Chemicals, Analysis of groundwater from the source supply wells and collection of samples for organic constituent contamination from petroleum leachates and residues
➢ Preparation of Analytical Report (QC & QA) and Reporting to Clients.
➢ Acid Simulation – Preparation of System Formula & Mixing Procedure.
➢ Analysis of acid concentration with additives by means of titration & specific gravity method.
➢ Corrosion Test with different acid system, conventional system, DAS, MUD Acid System.
➢ Water Analysis (pH, EC – TDS, Total Hardness, Calcium hardness, Chloride, Sulphate).
➢ Monitoring & Maintaining of Chemicals in warehouse and stocks.
➢ Calibration & Maintenance of Laboratory instrument & Equipment.
➢ Handling of Chemicals and Hazardous Materials with MSDS.
➢ Supervising the acid plant while mixing process & trained the operators.
➢ Knowledge of Drilling, Designing & Fracturing Fluid formulation
➢ Train (On Job Training) Students from College of Technology & University.
➢ Analysis of Sewage & Water, Raw Sewage, Plant Effluent, Final Effluent.
PH, EC, TSS, MLSS,FRC &TRC,BOD,COD,NITRATE,NITRITE, PHOSPHATE.
